Every year, the Place de la République is decked out in its Yuletide finery! From November 23rd, the sixty charming little wooden booths of the Marché de Noël (Christmas Market) are set up in the square and are soon open for business. The focus is predominantly on locally sourced gourmet produce. This is a deliciously tempting opportunity to taste nougat, chocolate, fruit pâtes, macarons and much more, but it’s also a chance to pick up some artisan-crafted jewellery, leather goods, stoles, etc. You’ll find a host of Christmas gift ideas, both decorative and practical.

In addition to its always magical big wheel and amazing giant Christmas tree, it offers a large animated display window, an ice rink and live music shows every Saturday.
