Additionally, we have established a contract with a company specializing in waste sorting to ensure efficient recycling. A compost bin is also available to transform organic waste into natural fertilizer, thus enriching our soil.


Local Consumption and On-Site Production

Our commitment goes beyond waste management. We prioritize local consumption by mainly collaborating with local producers for our culinary supplies, thereby promoting short supply chains. Our on-site vegetable garden provides some of the fruits, vegetables, and aromatic herbs used in our kitchen, ensuring fresh and seasonal products for our guests. Furthermore, we host two beehives managed by a regional beekeeper, whose honey is offered at breakfast, adding a local and sustainable touch to our service.
