Those take-away meals during the long weeks of lockdown were great, but now you want something more! Certainly, the team at the Hotel Le Mans Country Club has been eager to welcome you back to the bucolic and convivial setting of our restaurant Le Séquoia. And, at last, it’s finally happening! To celebrate the occasion, our chef has designed a whole new menu.

With its large picture windows overlooking the park, its refined decor, and its superb cuisine featuring seasonal produce grown in our vegetable garden, Le Séquoia welcomes you at the Hotel Le Mans Country Club. A new menu to mark the reopening of our restaurant

Lobster, escargot, foie gras, prawns; for starters, our chef offers fine foodstuffs in subtle sweet and savoury combinations and has worked his magic on ingredients whose qualities are often overlooked, like parsnips. For the main course, your heart will no doubt be torn between land and sea, between the exquisite taste and texture of free-range Loué poultry and the mouth-watering freshness of fish caught the same day, between the richness of sweetbread medallions with foie gras sauce and the sweetness of duckling. Finally, the time comes for dessert, with fruits, mousses and sorbets to conclude your repast in style. And if you want to relish the beauty of Mans' green spaces or simply enjoy a good meal at home, remember that we continue to offer our take-away meals...
